You also made me feel comfortable about my use of English, as it is not my first language and anytime I asked for corrections in my writing, you always gave me amazing feedback and asked if what I wrote is what I meant so you could help me express my ideas better. | It'd be great of you could say "Hey, I'm available to answer your questions now!" And then say when you're leaving so people can have the answers to their questions as soon as they ask. Though I think that's more of a general suggestion I'd make to any mod rather than you specifically! | Zine | EXTREMELY communicative with updates and timeframes, especially in regards to delays on feedback, corrections, etc!! You were always very On Schedule when you could be but very honest and open about when you couldn't be, which was greatly appreciated! You were also very open about mistakes you'd make and that you're only human and I think that's a v necessary quality in a Responsibility Role so that we as your team can better remember that you're a real person and mistakes happen - and as such we can roll w it better when they do!! As a layout/head mod I think you're fantastic and have an eye for design that is just genuinely phenomenal. The layout for indigo specifically was superb, each piece flowed into the next SO well, and you can really See the hard work you put in for it! As a writing mod specifically, which is 90% of my experience w you, you are genuinely a personal favorite. Your feedback has been invaluable - it's corrective when it needs to be and encouraging when it needs to be, but every single note you've left has made me feel very...Seen? I guess? I've never felt like you sped through a piece and left comments Just To Get It Done, it always feels like you sit and take your time and make sure it Gets Done Right and that the piece is up to the project's standard but more importantly that the piece is what I want it to be! Additionally, while I do typically act on your advice, it's because it's good, not because I feel like I HAVE TO. I've disagreed with it at times (never much tbh) and left things certain ways because it's how I like them, and I've never once felt shamed or judged or at all hesitant about making that choice, which is sometimes difficult when you're in a Responsibility Role like a mod for a zine! | The only thing I can think of is that I think you sometimes overload yourself - whatever the reason behind it, I definitely just would think you'd benefit from taking breaks or taking on Less when possible!! You always seem to be doing So Much, and while you're a Grown Adult Who Can Make Your Own Choices ofc I just sometimes have an idle worry about burnout or something similar.
